Jim Pacifico
FounderJim has been in the beauty industry for over 38 years. He began his career in 1970 as a Clairol Salon Consultant selling hair color. In 1980, Jim joined the Zoto’s team, servicing the New England area. In 1986, he started with Aveda as the VP of Sales, Marketing and Education. In 1991, Jim had the opportunity to open an Aveda distribution. He was President and CEO of Pacifico’s Beauty Products for 16 years. Jim has come full circle in his career and now owns 8 Salons and World Class Financial Services. Jim is dedicated to providing legendary support to beauty industry professionals and customers.

Angela Hatlen
Vice President of Operations
Angela has been in the Aveda network since 1995. She began her well-rounded career with Juut Salons in Minneapolis, MN as David Wagner's personal assistant. David paved the path for her career with Aveda with some simple advice "If you want to be successful leading a group of people, wear as many different hats within that industry as you can and make sure you put 110% into everything you choose to do.
Over the next 9 years, Angela managed a high volume Aveda Experience Center in Scottsdale, AZ, worked for Aveda Corporate Distribution as a retail and customer service educator in the midwest territory and was in charge of retail and spa development for Aveda Services Midwest. In 2004 she moved to Colorado as a Territory Business Manager (sales representative) with Pacifico's Beauty Products, the local distributor. In 2005, Jim Pacifico recommended Angela to work as General Manager for one of his initial salon business investments and in 2006, when Jim founded World Class Salons, it was a natural fit for Angela to move into the GM role for all of his salons in the Denver Metro area.
Angela and her team are sincerely dedicated to providing world class service, superb technical services and an absolutely outstanding value to every guest that chooses to visit World Class Salons.

Christine Deterding-Harmens
Technical Director
Christine has passionately been involved in the Beauty Industry for over 24 years.
Her broad spectrum of opportunities include: Stylist, Instructor, Educational Director, Business & Motivational Speaker, Technical Educator and Concept Salon Owner.
Christine’s quest for continuous knowledge & growth combined with her enthusiasm to study all facets of the industry motivates her commitment to help inspire others to achieve their goals as growing professionals in their career.

Nicole Martinelli
Human Resources Manager
Nicole started with Pacifico’s Beauty Products in 2004, since then she has spent time working in many different facets of the beauty industry. She began in the education department and then transitioned to a Salon Development Partner; both jobs allowed her to help salons and service providers build their businesses by offering them an extended variety of educational resources. When Pacifico’s Beauty Products merged with Aveda Corporation in 2007, Nicole accepted a position as the sales and marketing benefit administrator for the Rocky Mountain region. During this time she worked directly one on one with the salons, helping to create marketing plans to achieve salon growth; as well as analyzing growth patterns in their businesses to help insure continued success.
Nicole feels one common principle is found in all different areas of this industry, which is “the key to a company’s success lays in the hands of its team members”. She is committed to making sure that all of our team members are constantly aware of the value and asset they are to World Class Salons.

Nikki Bessette
General Manager
SPECIALTIES:
I started my career with Aveda over 8 years ago in Montana as a Territory Manager and moved to Denver in 2006 continuing my career with Aveda and Pacifico's Beauty Products in Education, Sales Administration and as a Salon Development Partner. My goal is to ensure that our staff here believes and educates our guest on the Aveda mission and that each guest leaves feeling as if they have just experienced a world class experience!
